Heal Yourself Naturally: My Enlightenment Protocol Yoga and Meditation Daily Practices

Healing only takes place when you operate at levels that allow it. So few of us know how to heal. I've now proved that I am one of the slowest agers in the world. I highly recommend listening up. If you wake up in the morning and go and grind and chase that money, you are only aging and destroying us. If only people understood the benefits of fully resting, healing and having the awareness of how much of a better person you are. You are not healing yourself and you get nowhere by staying the same person and living in chaos and distraction.



I often tell you to go to the mountains; please discover the importance of this. If you want to be better, be able to figure out how to have money and security without the destruction, work less but be more productive, and be a creator, as opposed to a mindless worker. I now operate in a constant state of meditation and what surrounds me is the proof of my teachings. Stop listening to grinders and social media influencers who have made little or no money off a gimmick. Now, how do we get there?



HOW TO START YOUR MORNING


Waking up and attacking the world without properly preparing for the day and setting intentions will put you in a battle you will never win. The mornings are what will determine the speed in which you go, how you will get to where you are going and if you spend the day self healing or self destroying.


Now, once you start operating at high levels, it does not mean you go slow; it only means you do not trip over your own feet. I GET A LOT DONE every day, but I am not in a state of panic and worry, my heart beat is under control and I do not exhaust myself.


In the morning, I highly recommend getting some sun to reset your circadian rhythm and doing some movements to awaken the body and mind. Yoga healing practices have endless benefits and I will be releasing more and more videos. Make sure you check out the one below. It's 🔥🔥🔥 and I do it often.




AFFIRMATIONS


I now demand that everyone I know has a personal, continually evolving daily affirmation because I understand its importance and benefits. If you get up and go, you never evolve, change, or learn the lessons. The goal is to learn yourself, your power and how to heal. And as you do, you must remind yourself of it, or the world you plug into will take it away.


I do affirmations that will bring you much peace and power every day in my Facebook and Instagram stories, as well as X. Links at the top and bottom of the page.


Here are some good ones to start these practices with and prepare you for slowing down and operating at higher levels:


REPEAT 3 TIMES:


"I will grow my awareness of how everything affects me."


"I will only do to things to charge this world and bring it love and light."


" I will only put the best things in me to be my best self."



WIND DOWN


Stop running away from confrontation, fears and challenges. If your intention is to just forget about all the things in your life that hold you back, you're not going to get anywhere and there will not be any self healing. We must sit with our thoughts and figure out better ways to approach life and handle situations. We must solve all these smaller problems and sweep the chatter to the side so we can enter into these advanced states that allow us to heal and have a greater impact on the world.


Meditation is the opposite of boring. That nonsense on your TV and phone is boring and those screen lights, especially late, destroy your entire being. Most of it comes from people who do not do this, so they have little to offer. Do this and have everything to offer. If one truly understood the power that comes from silence and stillness, THEY WOULD SPEND MUCH TIME IN IT.



SLEEP IS THE MOST IMPORTANT

YOGA HEALING PRACTICE


If you are not doing everything you can to sleep in the most productive way possible, you are behind. If you sleep next to anything that moves or makes noises, you are murdering us. Yes, it can feel great to lounge with a person or pet, but sleeping next to them is beyond foolish. Get a camera, if you do not believe me. You are not your best self. Your room should not have ANY light until you are fully restored. It should be cool, locked down and if possible, absolutely no worry of being disturbed by anyone or anything, including an alarm.
