UPON AWAKENING AROUND 630AM

  • Brush bad bacteria out of the mouth

  •  Drink 10 oz of water

    • Pure (reverse osmosis)

    • Hydronated

    • Structured Well or Spring Water

 

  • TAKE:

    • Amino Acids 3 grams: Perfect Aminos​

DAILY ACTIVITIES

Every day you need to listen to your body's needs to determine what to do​

​

  • OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES​​
    • Aside from a morning routine, most days I will spend hours working outside in the sun doing projects and being creative.

    • I will minimally do one multiple-mile hike or many-mile mountain biking every week.

​​

  • INDOOR ACTIVITIES

    • I will avoid artificial blue light exposure and EMF.

    • Most days, I will spend hours working on music, playing instruments, writing, working on my teachings, shooting and editing videos of my teachings and doing  "Awakening Sessions" (Until you become a teacher, you must study, meditate and prepare to be one. Giving back is a key to being here a long time)

    • Some days, do indoor projects while listening to books and podcasts.

    • Do a full-body weight training exercise program with much stretching every 2-3 days, with a full rest day between. I recommend doing this in the afternoon or evening, after your body is awake and warm.

    • Every day, I spend hours practicing yoga, stretching and working on my alignment and flexibility. ​

MEAL 2

  • ENLIGHTENMEAL

    • Cooked in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes:

      • 1 cup of organic lentils and or white rice soaked overnight

      • Add your choice of veggies (can also eat raw or cook for 5 minutes)​​

        • Broccoli or Broccoli Sprouts​ (better)

        • Cauliflower

        • Asparagus

        • Brussel Sprouts

      • Add your choice of herbs​

        • Rosemary​

        • Thyme

        • Oregano

        • Sage

      • 1 Key Lime​

      • 1-2 tbsp of Hemp Seeds​

      • 2 tbsp of Organic Coconut Oil

        • ​IF IT CALLS​
          • Ginger​
          • Garlic
      • After cooking, add 1-2 tbsp of Organic Virgin Olive Oil​

        • IF IT CALLS​​​

          • 1 avocado or a ½ can of Organic Black Olives​

          • 1 piece of fruit  (1-2 hours after eating)

          • 2-4 tbsp Sauerkraut

          • Raw Keifer or A2 cow/sheep/goat yogurt

ADVANCED HEALING

WIND DOWN & SLEEP

  • ​Cool down sleep area (we must drop our temperature to get deep sleep)

​​

  • Brush acidic build-up off of teeth

​​

  • ​​​Stay away from phones, screens & blue light (wear blue light glasses) as well as any energy that isn't calm

​​

  • Soak nuts, lentils and rice overnight for tomorrow's meals

​​

  • Pour water into a copper container to charge overnight​​​​​​

  • ​

  • Cool your vagus nerve by putting your entire face in a bowl of ice water for 30 seconds or take a cool shower. This will help you relax.

THE GOLDEN LAWS OF ENLIGHTENMENT

  • These are the most important practices and the ones so few will implement and take seriously. Everything before this will give you the best chance. These must be followed or there is no chance.
